First the surface is roughened for optimal adhesion. This is followed by a strong base coat and an extra hard protective powder coating that makes the material scratch-resistant and extends the lifespan of the products.
Planting advice:
- First of all, ensure a flat and sturdy (compacted) surface so that the planter stands stably and performs optimally.
- Place overflow pipes at the bottom of the planter as desired to create a water buffer. The number of overflow pipes to be used depends on the number of drainage holes.
- In addition, tie rods play an essential role in the construction and dimensional stability of the planter. Therefore, never remove these tie rods, as this can seriously affect stability.
- Furthermore, it is important that you always maintain sufficient breathing space (at least 1 cm) around the planter. This prevents moisture trapping and extends the lifespan of the product.
- Fill the container with a layer of hydrogranules or gravel about 10cm high. Place a moisture-permeable anti-rooting cloth over the gravel or hydrogranules.
- Lay the cloth at the edges at least 10 cm up for an ideal effect.
- Cover the anti-rooting cloth with a layer of airy soil mixture tailored to the planting to be applied.
- Next, apply a light, airy soil mixture tailored to the chosen plants. Important here: never compact the soil, as this can cause damage to both the roots and the structure of the planter.

- Additionally, drilling or grinding into the material is not permitted. If you do so anyway, moisture can seep under the coating, causing it to peel off.
